REALTORS Care Foundation 2007 Annual Report

The Board of Governors were asked to raise the endowment fund to 1.5 million dollars by 2005, which was achieved.
Today, endowment fund is sitting at 2.1 million dollars as September 1, 2007.
The Foundation’s expenses for 2007 were $161,616. $7,384 less than the $169,000 budget provided by OREA.
The Foundation granted $90,000 to 23 shelter related charities:

REALTORS Care Foundation Key Program: Where REALTORS® make a donation to the Foundation and corporations will either match the donation or give REALTOR® clients a discount/preferred service which will generate a donation back to the Foundation. Currently we have BMO Nesbitt Burns matching the donations made by REALTORS® on each of their transaction.
